- Collect documents from agent (waybill, simplified declaration, invoices, etc), complete particulars of declaration section of simplified declaration and affix the required stamps.
- Proceed to transit area to collect goods.
- Present completed documents to interviewing Officer to determine whether or not goods require physical examination.
- If physical examination is required proceed to examinations officer.
- Proceed to SAD officer for assessment of duties and payment.
- Obtain Release Order and receipt.
