A package sent from Puerto Rico to Santa Pola,Alicante is being held in Madrid Custom since August 26 ,2020 Tracking # CH10515369US and still in transit! Why package still in transit and held in Madrid?

i’ve tried to call the aduana customs office a few times today and not received any answer. so i’ve sent the email/message that i let on the website a week ago.
(the two numbers i tried to call were: 901335533 and 917467011)
i was informed that a parcel sent to me from the USA was held in customs, around the end of November 2020. I inquired about having it sent to me, but the import tax was far too high, so i asked if customs could send it back. The parcel code was: LX412977426IL
i received this email on the 10th Dec:
Buenos días, Informamos de que se han iniciado los trámites de devolución a origen, tal como nos solicitáis. Un saludo .
so i assume it has been sent back to the USA by now.
i would love to receive a tracking number or some way i can know where it is, or whether it’s been sent, as i haven’t got any notification from the company in the US that it has arrived.
It is now 8th February 2021, some months have past. it would be great to have confirmation about this item, as it was rather expensive.

Hi, I send a parcel for a friend in Barcelona but she forgot to write that and so I did not write that on the parcel. Then I sent another parcel with the same address but it is lying at the customs office. May I request you to kindly deliver it to my friend living at 4 carre de prema in Barcelona , as it was her birthday on 10 july. If you have the other parcel , and send her both , that will be a miracle and I will be very grateful!!

GIFT of hand cream to friend, tracking nbr UH044045513US shipped first class from Florida- shows departed in transit FROM Madrid. Friend went to post office in Barcelona, tyhey expected her to travel to Madrid to pick up package. She has since mailed them citizenship documents, copy visa, Spain ID and copy our shipping USPS customs noticer. No answer. Clearly says GIFT, she is a FRIEND, I paid for the GIFT to send my FRIEND. It’s 2 – 3-ounce skin creams = 6 ounce. 2 tele numbers didn’t go through. Please deliver this to my FRIEND? I will make copies of USPS customs declaration & USPS receipt and mail to Madrid. It’s over a month?!? Thank you
