My product was sent from Spain to Ireland more than one month ago. By the moment it is in custom, and has been there for 22 days. I have try to reach them to understand what happen or how long it will need to receive my product and there is no way. There is only one phone number to contact and they dont take the phone, there is an automated message asking you to leave a message in order they to call back. It is more than one week ago that I left 2-3 messages to receive my call back and sadly I do not know nothing about my product….I am not sure if I will get it or not and it was urgent for me. The management there is doing really bad and keeping people without any kind of information.
Did they return the parcel back to Spain ? Did you get it eventually ? I am going through the same thing now. So annoying.

My parcel was last at Dublin 12 mail center on July 29th 2021 out for delivery plus that’s the last status on tracking. CS impossible to get through to. I’d an online chat with cs and her excuse was to blame customs and I was to ring them she said my parcel had been sent back to the retailer because they didn’t fill in the customs form properly. I’ve rang customs and the revenue both said by parcel cleared customs. Its now 15th of August I’ve no order and the retailer has not recieved my order back. I’ve not been given any new information or a new tracking number to prove to the retailer my order has been returned to them. Plus customs are getting fed up with An post blaming them as the lovely man I was talking to said they (customs) are getting nothing but complaints about An post blaming them. Very bad company. There is no responsibility to clients. My expensive jewelry bag was delivered to my address. But this is not true. I was at home all day. No one knocked or rang at the door. As a result, someone signed for my package and I still can’t find it. I believe that the postman did not deliver it, but signed for me. I wrote many complaints and requests to answer my questions. But in response, silence. Very bad company. Don’t trust.
I was sent s gift a. Video game from family in Eastern Europe non eu .in August it’s sitting in customs awaiting clearance since 6weeks ago in Dublin 12 it was a month after the post rules changed that we were not aware of
My package no LG396717751GB was rejected by customs. Vintage motorcycle part . Reason given was documentation incorrect and package being returned to sender. The package has not been returned and sender insists they send parts all over the world and documentation was correct.
In the meantime I cannot contact anyone in customs who can help and my part is missing and I am at the loss.
A simple check of the pack would have shown it was a small part made of rubber. Really dissatisfied with the whole mess, no need to treat people like this.

I have sent parcels from wales to family for Christmas and birthday presents a customs charge has been added and no customs card been received to pay it. Have been contacting number on tracking no answer and emailed still no answer think it is very bad as cost a lot of money to purchase and then post for them not to get it for Christmas and birthday.
Thanks for sending my Christmas presents back to the sender without any reasons given. For example, Parcel in Dublin since the 13. December, it just sits there!! Then somebody decides to send it back to the US after 13 days!!! That’s ridiculous! I have the tracking info and can see it not moving for 13 days until it gets send back. Seriously, this is unacceptable. It was just a necklace that had a lot of meaning to my daughter, now it’s back in the US. What was wrong with it????? Why do people not get any information or notification? And this keeps happening. And NOBODY gets back to you! You guys have a nerve, seriously…!!
A VERY important item needed for my business was sent “Overnight” mail/Postal Express with a tracking number on December 1, 2021. It left New York and arrived in Dublin on December 4, 2021. It has not been delivered. It is now January 2nd, 2022.
