I am about parcel RR079248423RU from Russia. Yesterday the tracking system of the Russian Post indicates that the customs of Portugal is required to provide an invoice for the purchase of goods.
I am the sender of this package. This package is a return of defective goods after they were purchased on ebay from a seller from Portugal, to whom I return them so that he will return me the money for the order. The value of my order was 116 GBP, which I indicated in the customs declaration for this package. I asked the seller to contact you and resolve all the issues. However, he refused to do this, because he does not have a notification from customs.

I have recently sent a parcel from the uk via Royal Mail and it says it at customs. The reference no is RN724422913GB but my customer can’t get clearance and obtain it . Is there a problem or just a hold up?
I am in the same situation, my package is in Lisbon customs for 1 month now. Every time I call that department they do not pick up. I am really upset with their service.

I was sent a parcel from UK on 22nd July. Customs Lisbon received it 31st August and declared they sent me a letter of notification (see below from CTT tracker). I didn’t receive any correspondence from Customs so I visited the CTT office twice (they could not or would not help) so called the customs office but could not get through, so I wrote in a comment box like this one in the Customs web page….but received NO RESPONSE. Now I see that the package is being returned to Sender in UK as of 14th September.
The Customs procedure is flawed and useless. Maybe not worse that CTT procedures, but it is very user UNFRIENDLY and you make it practically impossible to reach a real person by phone or email or comment boxes that I suppose do not get read (since I didn’t receive a response despite me putting my phone number and email address in the message box.

We have been trying, with no success, to reach you by telephone at the phone number listed above here on your website. We continue to receive a message that this number 351218620884 is not correct. We don’t speak Portuguese, but we think the message when the phone picks up is that this number is no longer available. We are trying to track a piece of mail that has been sent to us here in Lagos, Portugal from the US for more than a month and are trying to determine what has happened to it. Every time we have checked the postal service tracking information since it was mailed, it has indicated that it had cleared customs and was in transit. But we never received it and were told it was being held in customs. The US Postal service tracking number is CH 149931319 US. Would someone please contact me, as soon as possible, at 315935140821.
