I have a lot of Parcel post that has not been delivered over the last 12 months and I was wondering did they come through customs. When I enquired about some of them it was stated they were delivered and tracked to Ireland but not recieved by me. Would to check for me. Gerard Lyons,Gannew, GLENCOLMcille, Co. Donegal. F94XW90.
Needing help with refused boxes being sent back to the UK with no reasons why
Same problem here, not just back to UK but other countries as well.. I see you never got an answer. Not getting my hopes up to get one either..
I’d like to know why I am not receiving parcels anymore. They are being sent back to the sender without a reason given! That’s just unacceptable! Some companies won’t even send to Ireland anymore because this keeps happening. Please explain!
Please explain why my parcels are being sent back to the sender after arriving in Dublin. No reasons given, no notification. That is simply unacceptable, and I’d like to know why this keeps happening and who is responsible. I don’t mind paying duty if at least I get my parcels, items I need for business, that I can’t get in Ireland. Please acknowledge this comment, thanks!
Please change your name to IOB ” Irish Official Blackmailers” been sending the same box home for many years without grief, just some biscuits & Xmas cards, & a few presents low value less than £50. This year Dublin customs held it up for 5 days without any communication or explanation, then let it through for 40 euro fee
I feel I have been blackmailed with any recourse to complain AMG
I’ve been trying to contact customs for almost two weeks now about a package. I’ve emailed three times and called two different numbers because I’ve been charged too much for the item I ordered. The value of the item I ordered is wrong so I’ve been charged almost as much as the actual item I bought.
Please can you fix this problem, the due date of payment is the 16th Jan, I don’t want to lose my item.
I was 83 the first week of January. My son sent me a parcel a month before Christmas containing my christmas & birthday presents combined. Although I am an irish citizen, my Son and Daughter live in the UK and I have not seen them for 2 years. My parcel was last located in Irish Customs and thats the last we heard of it! Neither my Son or I have any notification that its been held, just silence. Its very disappointing. I only hope I receive my parcel before I pass on!!!
Hello I am trying to pay for a charge applied to a parcel I e sent to my dad in Dublin from the UK. I don’t know how much it is as the courier DPD website doesn’t show. Parcel is held in Athlone. Can you please help.
