Hello. I am from Canada, my name is Irene. I am trying my best to track a document I sent by express post back in Sept. 2020. It arrived in Zagreb according to my tracking number on Oct. 8th. My Canada post representative tells me that is at customs?? How does my family get the document from customs when they live in Nova Gradiska? How does it get delivered to them? Why has the document not cleared customs since Oct. 8, 2020? It says that the document is my marriage certificate . Can you please help with this? I don’t know who to contact?
